FHP was established in 1990. Our growth and success enabled us to become nationally recognised by the Estates Gazette Survey with FHP breaking into the top 100 national firms of Chartered Surveyors in our fifth year. Our organic growth and achievement has been down to the hard work, talents and ambition of our people, with FHP now looking to break into the top 40.

When we began, we spotted a gap in the market: to offer multi-disciplinary regional property consultancy that wasn't bogged down by corporate governance.

The same holds true today. We have grown organically but still work in partnership with clients and with our colleagues to provide the best possible results. Our market knowledge is comprehensive and much envied: we always have our ear to the ground and we often spot opportunities with huge potential before others.

This combination of multi-disciplinary, proactive working, enthusiasm for the task in hand and complete professionalism continues to attract high-calibre people to join our team. It also attracts a huge variety of clients; the private individual and small business is still equally important to us as the major institutions, pension companies, banks, property investors, multinational companies and major developers who also regularly benefit from our services.

Whilst we have grown to become arguably the largest property consultancy within the region, we strive to keep that personal connection with our clients and retain our maxim of providing knowledgeable, no-nonsense advice.
