CWC Group aided by agents Tim Gilbertson and Phil Randle of Salloway plus solicitor Heather Dixon of Geldards are pleased to announce the practical completion of a bespoke 36,000ft² warehouse with both dock and level access loading tailor made for expanding occupier Mies International.  Delivered four weeks ahead of schedule, this building sets a standard within the region for construction, built to an exacting specification and offering a superb distribution centre.

Development Director of CWC Group, James Richards commented:

We are delighted with the end result, particularly with delivery being four weeks early and we wish Mies International well in what we know will be a fantastic new base for them.”

“It was a delight to work with CWC Group and Philip Eaton, Managing Director of Mies International throughout.  Here we had the fantastic example of an experienced developer working hand in hand with a client with exacting and appropriate specification requirements and that made for a seamless deal and equally superb construction period resulting in the early delivery of this fantastic new facility.

We still have plenty of land left at Ivanhoe for new development for any office, manufacturing or distribution occupier on a sale or rental basis and the site has been such a success that we also plan to further speculatively develop on the site.  This can be seen in the seven trade counter units which are currently being built, of which three have already been sold or let but four remain available despite those not being complete until the end of the year.

Plans are then afoot to speculatively build office space on the site as well to meet the strong demand this location attracts.”
