Acting in conjunction with their clients, Joseph Ogden Estates, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has recently overseen the completion of a substantial letting just off the M1 at Sherwood Park at Junction 27.

The deal concluded sees Autofil, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of polyester yarns in Europe expand into this additional facility to enable their onward growth and success.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP commented:
