ACQUIRED! FHP SECURE 80,000FT² WAREHOUSE FOR NATIONAL AUTOPARTS

Acting on behalf of National Autoparts, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has successfully acquired extensive warehouse and distribution space for his clients future expansion.

Currently, National Autoparts trade from their main base on Lenton Lane in Nottingham and FHP were asked to acquire premises identified on the most favourable terms at Alfreton to enable National Autoparts to relocate and expand. 

A deal was subsequently brokered for the acquisition of a building of just over 81,000ft² on very competitive terms at Alfreton which will enable National Autoparts to push forward quickly with their continued growth and success.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“It was a pleasure to act again on behalf of National Autoparts and secure this high quality warehouse space on their behalf.  The deal concluded sees our clients purchase extensive accommodation with the added benefit of a large land holding which will provide them with a terrific base for the future.

Not only were we instructed to acquire their new building but we also now have the pleasure of selling their current base on Lenton Lane.

This is now on the market and offers a rare opportunity to purchase good quality warehousing space off Lenton Lane which remains Nottingham’s most sought after industrial and warehouse base.  Sitting just off Lenton Lane/Nottingham’s Ring Road, the building is already attracting interest from a wide variety of occupiers and investors alike and we anticipate confirming news of a positive sale in the very near future.

I would be delighted to hear from any interested purchasers for what remains an impressive building of approximately 50,000ft² which is again rarely available in this part of Nottingham.”

This building has served us well for a number of years as a result of the superb location, being set just off Nottingham’s Ring Road and within minutes access of the City Centre whilst also providing excellent transport links with regular bus services within close proximity.

We have no doubt that FHP will be able to find a purchaser for our current building very soon.”
