Following the forthcoming relocation of Parker Knoll to new build premises in January, their current manufacturing and storing facility at Amber Business Centre in Riddings will be coming available to let.

The complex comprises 4 separate units including an office building of 3,337ft², and three detached industrial units of 14,450ft², 25,533ft² and 40,404ft². The total available space is therefore 83,765ft².

Each industrial unit has its own loading doors and staff facilities, together with gated yards. The Amber Business Centre is a popular managed estate with site security and easy access to the A38 dual carriageway, which connects to Junction 28 of the M1 Motorway.
