Ben Bailey Homes have moved into their stunning newly refurbished 10,000ft² offices at Phoenix Office Park, Junction 26.

The 2004 built building has been transformed by both the Landlord’s refurbishment undertaken by owners, Mutley Properties, and the polished fit out by Ben Bailey.

This is great news for Nottingham. Junction 26 as an office location has seen difficult times in recent years and this is a significant letting bringing life into one of Nottingham’s main office parks.
