Acting on behalf of investor Gill Merritt, Tim Gilbertson BSc (Hons) MRICS, Director of FHP is pleased to report the swift sale of an attractive long term investment in Bulwell.

Unit B, Camberley Court which is occupied by Nottingham Community Housing Association and has provided their main base since Tim Gilbertson of FHP let the building to them some years ago, has just been sold.  After providing income for FHP’s landlord client, the decision was recently taken to free up assets and sell the investment and FHP were instructed again to undertake this.

Despite the economic turmoil, a sale was quickly agreed, after substantial interest had been stimulated in the local market from private investors but ultimately the current occupiers purchased the building to ensure their long term occupation continued.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“Having originally sold this building to my client when it was vacant then let it on her behalf to the current occupiers and now ultimately having sold the investment, it was with great pleasure that we saw this sale through to completion strengthening yet again our ongoing relationship with this particular client.
