Acting on behalf of UDG, John Proctor of FHP’s Nottingham Office has completed the acquisition of Unit 1 Fulwood 28, a ten year old distribution unit constructed by Sladen Estates providing approximately 80,869ft². This acquisition forms part of UDG’s strategic property strategy in line with their proposed onward growth.
The lease has been taken on terms which incorporate a break clause at the end of the second year which provides UDG with the flexibility that they required.
