On behalf of Mitie Shared Services Limited FHP Property Consultants have agreed a lease assignment of Unit 2 Colwick Quays Business Park, a hybrid office/warehousing unit at the front of Colwick Quays Business Park with a gross internal area of some 20,000 sq ft.
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants commented:
“My clients, Mitie, found this property surplus to their own requirements in the area and we were instructed to find a suitable assignee for their lease obligations to mitigate their liabilities. I am delighted that we have achieved an assignment of this premises which has resulted in saving my clients some £1.4 million worth of property holding costs liabilities to lease end”.
