Tim Gilbertson of FHP has been jointly instructed with Matthew Liggins of Musson Liggins to market an extensive 16 acre site on the edge of the Quarry Hill Industrial Estate at Ilkeston. 

Well located with terrific access to the centre of Ilkeston but more pertinently Junctions 25 and 26 of the M1 Motorway and the A52, the site is cleared and ready for occupation.

Fully fenced and gated, with accesses to the north to Quarry Hill Industrial Estate and to the south to Lows Lane at the former Stanton Ironworks, short term storage requirements can be fulfilled on the site with various plot sizes available. 

In the long term though the owners are looking to develop out industrial/warehouse space for owner occupiers to purchase or rent and anticipate being able to accommodate requirements from 10,000ft² up to 100,000ft² or more. 

Whilst the design and build scheme is evolving, the storage land is immediately available on flexible terms.
