FHP DISPOSE OF HUCKNALL SITE TO MCCARTHY & STONE

Acting on behalf of the vendors, FHP and FHP Living have disposed of a 0.8 acre Greenfield development site fronting the busy Nottingham Road in Hucknall.

The site which has historically benefitted from outline planning permission for 15 units has been purchased by McCarthy & Stone who are already on site constructing the 37 apartments which are to be built.
