Acting on behalf of long term clients, Falcon Panel Products, Tim Gilbertson, Director of FHP, has acquired a further base for their continued expansion throughout the Midlands, agreeing a leasehold acquisition of space in West Bromwich of just over 23,000ft². 

Having previously acquired space for Falcon in the East Midlands this is a further success story for the company as they continue to grow their expanding business.  

Tim Gilbertson commented: 

“Having first linked up with Falcon over 10 years ago it has been an absolute pleasure again to deal with them on this particular instruction as has always been the case in the past.  The fact that we acquired additional space for them for their continued growth is even more pleasing and hopefully we will have a chance to do the same again in the future. 

Acquisition work is often undervalued by clients and in this case I would like to think that our involvement not only saved our clients substantial time and hassle but most pertinently of all secured them a far better deal than they would have expected to achieve if they had negotiated the terms of the new lease themselves.
