FHP SECURE FURTHER SALE AT MANNERS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

 Acting on behalf of T & J Properties FHP are pleased to confirm the sale of Unit 2 Elizabeth Court, Manners Industrial Estate, Ilkeston to Gladex Limited. The sheet metal fabrication company were looking to increase their presence in Ilkeston and have purchased the recently refurbished unit extending to 1,115ft².

Geoff Lamb, Managing Director of Gladex Limited commented:-
