FHP SELL PROMINENT LONDON ROAD SITE

Acting on behalf of Dianadello Ltd FHP have sold the site of a former Norfolk Hotel which was demolished about 4 years ago. The site has a frontage to London Road of 25m (82ft) and occupies an area of 0.233 acres (0.09 hectares).

The site has planning consent for a car wash however the purchasers who also own the adjoining site and are land assembling for future development.

The site originally had planning consent for a mixed use development of ground floor retail with upper floor offices and apartments but these were shelved at the onset of the recession.
