Ikano Financial Services have snapped up the former offices of East Midlands Trains within Waterfront House within weeks of the space coming back to the market.

Ikano made Waterfront their Nottingham HQ in 2011 when they moved from Radford.

Ikano now occupy two and a half floors in the nine storey 74,000ft² office building, taking space on a lease coterminous with their existing leases expiring in 2021.

John Proctor at FHP acted on behalf of the Landlords and confirmed:-

“Ikano moved quickly when they became aware that East Midlands Trains would not be renewing their lease within Waterfront. This letting takes occupation at Waterfront House back up to 100% with the entire 74,000ft² occupied by a good mix of professional and blue chip companies, including Shoosmiths, Shakespeares, BWB Consulting, Brewin Dolphin and Coca Cola”.
