Industrial/Warehouse News

Acting on behalf of private clients Tim Gilbertson of FHP is delighted to confirm the letting of substantial former textiles premises on Prospect Close, forming part of the Lowmoor Business Park Industrial Estate at Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

The letting is a good news story all round as by facilitating the letting the deal enables the occupier to expand in order to meet their growing order book.

Tim Gilbertson at FHP acting on behalf of the landlord commented:

“The market continues to strengthen and disposal of older style stock such as this is a promising sign.

Stock levels continue to diminish and therefore whilst this building was a former textile unit, our client presented it in the best possible light and as a result we are delighted to have completed a letting of this substantial building of over 5,000ft².

We wish the occupiers well as they continue to expand and meet the strengthening demands of their own market.”

FHP acted for CP Properties whose representative commented:

“Thank you to Tim and the team at FHP for their help in letting this property to a professional and successful company.  We wish the new tenants well and hope their occupation of this property assists with future growth and success.”

The new tenants were represented by Jonathon Seddon of NG Chartered Surveyors.
