John Proctor at FHP has confirmed the letting of a high quality distribution unit of 167,000ft² at The Core, Temple Normanton, Junction 29, M1.

The unit which is owned by Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited has been let to Menlo Worldwide Logistics on a 10 year lease with a Tenant break clause at the end of the fifth year on fully repairing and insuring terms.  The letting continues to demonstrate the strength of the northern East Midlands region as a distribution location within the UK following on from the landmark deals achieved at Clowes Developments’ 200 acre EMDC scheme at Junction 24, M1 where M & S took some one million square feet and the letting of 480,000ft² to the Co-op at Castlewood, Junction 28.
