Acting on behalf of long term clients Tim Gilbertson is pleased to confirm the letting of substantial warehouse space on Glaisdale Drive.  

Offering mid range stock but with the benefit of car parking to the front elevation and a large secure rear yard, the building has been let to local occupier Worktop Fabrications Limited to assist their continued growth and expansion.

Tim Gilbertson commented: 

“Having dealt with this building on behalf of our clients many times over the years it is pleasing to see another successful letting of the property.  It certainly continues the positive feel of the Nottingham industrial and warehouse market that was in place at the end of 2014 and further success with the disposal of a building of nearly 15,000ft² in the New Year can only help boost confidence further.
