In a significant expansion move, Racon Management Services have opened a new office in Derby in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Racon have taken space at 9 Riverside Court on Pride Park in a new lease direct from the landlords. The space was refurbished by the landlord, Ark Capital Pension Fund, and provides a high quality office environment complete with air conditioning, gas central heating and top quality finishes. The suite extends to 1,150ft² with onsite parking in a pleasant courtyard environment and adjoins FHPs own offices.

Racon Management Services was established in Glasgow in 2009 and provides consultancy services to the rail industry. The new Derby office is headed by Steve Smith, who comments:

“We were looking for high quality office environment on Pride Park in close proximity to our customer base and Riverside Court fitted the bill perfectly in terms of providing a prestigious base from which to launch the Derby office together with plenty of room to expand as we grow the business”.
