SENATE ELECTRICAL MOVE IN AT RAYNESWAY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Managers, Jonathan Sayer of FHP Property Consultants has secured the letting of Unit 4 Raynesway Industrial Estate to Rexel Senate Limited who will trade under the Senate Eectrical fascia.  The deal concluded sees Senate Electrical relocating from Ascot Drive to take on the new high quality trade counter unit off Raynesway and adjacent to Derby Commercial Park. 

Rexel Senate are a worldwide distributor of electrical supplies with a range of over 20,000 products for same day/next day delivery.  Through their network of 80 branches throughout the UK they distribute electrical products from leading manufacturers in all electrical areas including lighting, lamps, cables, wiring and accessories, safety, security and ventilation.

The letting was negotiated by Jonathan Sayer at FHP on behalf of the Landlord who commented:-

‘The Raynesway Industrial Estates benefits from an excellent location being situated just off Raynesway giving brilliant connections to the A50 and A52 dual carriageways and Derby City Centre. The unit was well presented and benefited from excellent frontage to Raynesway thus making it the ideal choice for trade counter operators.
