TRAFFIC STREET LETTING QUICKLY AGREED AS ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR MOVE IN

FHP are delighted to confirm the letting of high quality premises on Traffic Street, close to the centre of Nottingham, just off Wilford Street, which may have been let on behalf of Wildwood Estates to Enterprise Rent A Car.

Acting jointly with Jonathan Bishop of HEB, Tim Gilbertson, Partner of FHP has concluded the letting on a deal which sees further expansion in Nottingham for Enterprise in a base which should serve them well.

The deal concluded satisfies Enterprise’s search for premises close to the City Centre with this building being ideal as it was formerly used for car vehicle repairs and has the benefit of extensive car parking in a modern and high calibre building.

Tim Gilbertson who agreed the deal commented:

“Being set so close to the centre of Nottingham and readily accessible by foot and car, the building was an ideal base for Enterprise to focus in upon.

With their specific requirement for a building close to the City Centre but with extensive car parking, this opportunity proved ideal and we were delighted to agree a 10 year lease for our clients to this high calibre covenant. 

The deal should certainly suit both parties and serve them well for the future and we wish Enterprise well with their continued planned expansion.”

FHP acted on behalf of long term clients Wildwood Estates and Andrew Pike from the landlords commented:
