Industrial/Warehouse News

CrossFit Nottingham are the latest tenants to take occupation of the popular Trent Park Industrial Estate which is situated on Little Tennis Street South to the east of Nottingham City Centre.

CrossFit is the latest technique in fitness and training and is taking the country by storm having been established over the last few years in the USA. CrossFit Nottingham is the latest affiliated CrossFit gym following some 2,900 affiliates worldwide only 50 of which are in the UK.

Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants, who acted on behalf of Rushcliffe Estates, the landlord in the deal, commented:-

“We are pleased to have achieved this letting following a previous letting on the estate to Trentside Textiles earlier this year. This letting brings 100% occupation to the estate. We are delighted to have successfully reduced all of our client’s voids following some difficult times over the last 2 years. Both units were well presented and readily occupiable having been refurbished prior to marketing, this is of paramount importance to the majority of enquiries at this time. We wish Cross Fit Nottingham the best of luck with their venture.”

Andy Ward of Cross Fit Nottingham commented:-

“It’s great to finally have the opportunity to bring CrossFit to the midlands, bringing the fun and function back into fitness. CrossFit Nottingham has been 2 years in the planning and we are looking forward to providing the Nottingham people with a high quality fitness and conditioning facility which delivers what it claims…….Legendary Fitness”.
