Following a widespread marketing campaign, FHP Property Consultants have now concluded the letting of a modern warehouse unit situated off the A52 on the east side of Derby.

4 Stoney Cross Industrial Estate extends to some 8,220 sq ft including 2 storey offices within a gated courtyard.  Following an extensive marketing campaign by FHP, terms were agreed and the deal concluded to a construction firm who have taken a long term lease to fulfil their expansion plan.  The property will mainly be used for storage.
