Professional Services - Property Management

The Property Management Department at FHP look to provide a proactive and responsive management service, geared towards our client’s short and long term objectives. We find this is often best achieved through creating open and direct relationships with our client’s tenants, often leading to an advanced insight into the tenants aspirations and objectives. This information can be crucial in identifying opportunities for value enhancement.

At FHP we believe the most important aspect of property management is to ensure that our client’s maximize their immediate and future returns from their property by providing a management service tailored to meet their aspirations.

FHP currently looks after premises with a total annual rent roll in excess of £11m with a budgeting and administering service charge expenditure in excess of £1m. As a department we have experience of dealing with a wide range of properties from stand-alone retail investments, multi-let offices, business and industrial parks to residential block management and residential lettings. This experience enables us to provide our client’s with a complete management service to cover any portfolio.

As you would expect our service also includes rent collection, service charge administration, property inspections, lease compliance, and maintaining insurance cover. This is something that the majority of property management companies undertake, however where we differ is we recognise the importance and benefits of doing this to a consistently high standard, not only for our clients, but also for their tenants.
