We are fortunate in having a strong involvement in property development within the East Midlands as, once let, the majority of new properties are sold.
Being regularly involved in the investment market, we have up-to-date evidence on market conditions, trends and pricing.
To act successfully for an investor, it is important that we understand the short, medium and long-term objectives of the client and we will advise whether they are achievable.
We are also looking for long-term relationships and if we have any concerns over the property or the structure of the lease or pricing, we will say so. It is in our interest to give good advice rather than simply seek and broker the quickest deal. Recent completed transactions include:
1. the sale of the new East Midlands headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers at Pegasus Business Park;
2. the sale of Kings Walk, Nottingham - 16 shops with offices, restaurants and residential over;
3. the acquisition of 16-18 Pelham Street where we restructured the lease and sold on the property within one year for nearly twice its purchase price!
