Leisure - Acquisitions

The Leisure Department is headed by David Hargreaves, who was responsible for the development and ongoing letting activity within the hugely successful Cornerhouse leisure scheme in Nottingham, which FHP sold to BP for approximately £50 million on behalf of Wilson Bowden Limited.

The Leisure Team have been responsible for a number of acquisitions for the likes of JD Wetherspoons, Whitbread and Pizza Express.

They have also concluded lettings in Nottingham city centre to the likes of Living Room, Ha! Ha! Dogma, Bella Italia and Stanley Casinos.

In West Bridgford FHP acquired the former Newcastle Building Society premises on behalf of Pizza Express.
