David Hargreaves leads our Leisure department. He’s the man who was personally responsible for the development and letting of the hugely successful Cornerhouse leisure scheme. He subsequently brokered the deal to sell this on behalf of FHP’s client Wilson Bowden Limited to BP for approximately £50 million.

Our Leisure team has been responsible for a number of acquisitions on behalf of JD Wetherspoons, Whitbread and Pizza Express and has attracted companies like Living Room, Ha! Ha! Dogma, and Bella Italia  Stanley Casinos to let commercial property in Nottingham City Centre.
