Our Property Management Department works in close conjunction with our other teams, drawing on expertise from across the business to build a bespoke management service. Our frequent contact with tenants and landlords gives us a deep understanding of each property and each client’s requirements, and helps us to offer a joined-up service that is ultimately beneficial to all parties.

We can help landlords to identify and develop the potential of their building, attracting and retaining the most desirable tenants. For tenants, we’ll work to make sure they’re getting a top-level service, so they can enjoy the property on the best terms. Our expertise extends across a number of sectors, including Office, Retail, Leisure, Industrial and Business Parks, as well as Residential Blocks.

We are also a key part of the insolvency process if a bank has recovered a property – we take over management on behalf of the bank, ensuring that tenants are well looked after and the property is properly maintained and serviced.
