Our Retail Department is headed by David Hargreaves and specialises in retail agency, development and acquisitions throughout the East Midlands predominately.

FHP enjoys a particularly strong presence in Nottingham city centre where David Hargreaves, Ben Tebbutt and Steve Young are responsible for a significant proportion of all commercial lettings.

Over the years FHP have brought high quality retailers into the city including Zara, Hugo Boss and Diesel.

We continue to advise Westfield Shoppingtowns, the world’s largest shopping centre owner, on the £400m redevelopment of Nottingham’s Broadmarsh Centre.

Recent Westfield lettings include the the redeveloped Lister Gate units to Thorntons, 02 and Game.

FHP have also acquired the hugely sucessful and vibrant Express store on Long Row for Tesco PLC, one of the worlds largest food retailers.

The POD - a landmark 50,000 sq ft edge of centre retail and leisure scheme providing retail accomodation together with a rooftop bar/restaurant and a 142 bed hotel.One retail unit remains available to let.
