FHP's reputation goes before them. Having previously worked for a multinational property consultancy firm, I jumped at the chance to join the Retail Team here. FHP's proactive and entrepreneurial approach to property consultancy has lead to the delivery of some of the biggest deals and schemes across the East Midlands. It's an expanding, lateral and client-focused firm, and an exciting place to work.
My role within the Retail Team is predominantly focused on roadside development, lettings and disposals, together with shopping centre leasing in which I act for a number of developers across the Midlands. The fast-moving nature of the sector, combined with FHP's network of contacts and experience, means that no day is ever dull.

Interests
Whilst I claim to be an avid fan of sport to sound ‘cool’, my main interest is music. Having learnt the guitar from a young age, I decided to attempt to fund university through performing music. October 2004 saw my first public outing, combining my guitar playing skills with my deluded Lionel Richie vocalising and somehow managing to entertain a bar full of students with soulful classics by Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and James Brown. Six years on, having played at a number of venues and events across the East Midlands, I am still trying to entertain the crowds most Friday nights in the city at Dinos on Warsar Gate (a shameless plug I know!).
