FHP provides a full range of property-related services, which brings me into contact with a diverse range of clients, properties and occupiers. This has led to a continual evolution of FHP's Property Management Service which now ranges from managing standalone Retail Investments to mixed-use Leisure and Commercial schemes, as well as multi-occupied Residential Properties.
What I enjoy most about my role at FHP is that it enables me to work with other colleagues across most of our property disciplines, and develop and sustain working relationships with an interesting mix of clients and occupiers.
Current Role
- Reviewing service charge arrangements and practice on a mixed use City Centre scheme.
- Refurbishing an out of town office and reception facilities, ready for effective marketing.
- Advising apartment owners on the benefits and implementation of Right to Manage Legislation.
- Advising a potential purchaser of a multi-occupied office building in Derby on appropriate services and costs.
Interests
I enjoy both playing and watching football and cricket, and have a general interest in most sport. I also have a keen interest in music and gardening, but unfortunately with a young family neither of these hobbies gets the attention I'd like to give them.
