Profile
I believe that I'm one of the few surveyors in Nottingham specialising solely in the Office Sector where FHP have been incredibly successful in recent years, in both the in- and out-of-town markets.
My day-to-day work allows me to spend quality time with key decision makers from various companies and people from all walks of life. This allows me to really get to grip with their property requirements; and that's a big help in finding the right solution for their office needs.

- Letting Agent on Wheatcroft Business Park where FHP completely altered the marketing approach to achieve a 100% occupancy level
- 30-34 Hounds Gate on behalf of Catalyst Capital – 25,500 sq ft offices
- Recently appointed by Lafarge UK Pension Plan on Lock House
- Sale of 14 High Pavement as part of FHP’s Insolvency Portfolio – 9,504 sq ft
- Currently acquiring offices for Equator and Instinct Laboratory
Interests
In common with most of the FHP office, I love sport, in particular cricket, rugby, football and golf. I also love family holidays to Salcombe in Devon. My wife would say I spend most of my time outside work playing, training or thinking about cricket for Caythorpe Cricket Club in the Nottinghamshire Premier League. But I believe it's taken up looking after our young son who never fails to put a smile on my face - unless it's 4 in the morning!
