James came and met with me in March earlier this year and helped us shape our vision for the building. Although we were determined to refurbish the space it was still a real leap of faith. If you listened to the media we would not have touched the building at all and simply mothballed it for future development. FHP were able to show us some real facts and trends on demand within the Nottingham Office market and the Lace Market in particular, and this along with their successful track record of producing results, gave us the confidence to go ahead with work.
The space has had a large amount of interest and much of the space is now under offer to a further three tenants which means that there is currently only 2, 500 sq ft left within the first phase of the refurbishment although there is further space within the buildingthat will be looked at for refurbishment in the New Year.
