INTU BROADMARSH OPENING SUMMER 2021

Intu are now on site redeveloping intu Broadmarsh, the scheme will be anchored by Hollywood Bowl for a 22,000 ft², 16 lane bowling alley and 9 screen, 32,500 ft², The Light Cinema.

Existing retailer, Wilko will anchor Tanners Walk Mall leading to the new Bus Station and car park entrance, Wilko have recently refitted their 28,000 ft² store in advance of the schemes completion. We have a number of retail, catering and leisure operators under offer with 50% by floor space exchanged or in solicitors hands.

Nottingham City Council are on site redeveloping the intu Broadmarsh Car Park, which will provide a new 1,208 space car park and bus station below with ground floor retail accommodation fronting the newly pedestrianised Carrington Street and Collins Street. The scheme will include a new 32,328 ft² library, relocating within the City Centre, which will act as a further anchor for the scheme.

There are a number of schemes on site surrounding intu Broadmarsh. Nottingham Collage are on site adjacent to intu Broadmarsh, developing a new 170,000 ft² facility.  A merger of 4 campuses into 1 city centre site, which is set to open for the September 2020 intake. HMRC are opening their new regional HUB, a 270,000 ft² office scheme to the south of the scheme in late summer 2021.  There is also a number of ‘PRS’ and student residential developments currently on site providing an additional 1,000 beds and further developments with planning or in for planning due on site over the next 12-18 months to provide a further 1,058 beds.
