ALLEGRO TRANSPORT TAKE ADDITIONAL 30,000FT² AT JUNCTION 28 OF THE M1

Chris Proctor of FHP Property Consultants, working with PMW Property, has concluded the lease of 30,000ft² at Birchwood Way to Allegro Transport.  A multi-national logistics provider, Allegro Transport were a suitable fit for the building, which allowed for them to take a second premises on Birchwood Way in an excellent logistical location just off Junction 28 of the M1.

Ross Eggleton, Director of Allegro Transport Limited, commented: –

“We are pleased to have completed on the new site and to have secured a long-term lease, which not only supports our growth plans for the business but extends our operation on Birchwood Way, adding to the current site.  The new site enables us to offer existing transport customers additional warehouse services and flexible storage with the 30,000ft² of space.  We are also able to introduce new customers to the business through pallet storage”.

Matt Wrigley of PMW Property commented: –
