Acting on behalf of M7 Real Estate, FHP Property Consultants are delighted to confirm the letting of some 8,000ft² of grade A offices at i2 on Oakham Business Park, taking the building to full occupancy following the expansion of Getinge UK Limited within the building.

Getinge UK have relocated from the Village Scheme on Maisies Way at Junction 28. M1 and are one of the worlds leading medical technology companies founded in 1904 in Getinge in Sweden, providing products and solutions to the healthcare and life sciences industries. They now have more than 10,000 employees worldwide in more than 40 countries. The grade A office scheme at i2 Centre at Oakham Business Park in Mansfield is a fitting home for the company given the unrivalled specification which the premises offers, certainly in the north Nottinghamshire area. It is now ideally placed to continue its development.
