JOINED UP THINKING ACHIEVES 16,675FT² LETTING IN ALFRETON

Chris Proctor of FHP Property Consultants on behalf of Hubaco Ltd is delighted to confirm the lease to DECX Limited of Unit B Salcombe Court, Alfreton, a 16,675ft² industrial unit with ancillary office accommodation.  The deal relied on joined up thinking to secure the deal on Unit B Salcombe Court as it was necessary to also agree a subletting of DECX’s current unit on Wimsey Way, Alfreton to enable them to expand and re-locate.
