Much has been made of the lack of good quality office stock in Nottingham City Centre. Recently we’ve seen progressive moves by a number of tech companies in Nottingham such as BJSS, Impression Digital, Greentube and Sumo Digital and with more companies looking to expand, this shortage of stylish office space is becoming ever more stifling.

We are now working on a number of refurbishment schemes in the city to address this shortage. In total we have some 65,000 sq ft of city centre space in pipeline for refurbishment to an industrial design led style, namely City Buildings on Carrington Street which is to become ‘The Shoreditch of Nottingham’ which will bring this period property back to its former glory. Other projects include Cumberland House on Park Row which will provide over 20,000 sq ft of Grade A space and 1 Broadway in The Lace Market which is nearing completion following an extensive fitout programme.
