Telesales Executive – Oxford Street, Nottingham City Centre

Position Open

We are looking for a self motivated Telesales Consultant with at least 2 years previous experience to help drive the expansion of a new business area.

Key responsibilities

The role will initially include the following:

  •  Help manage our existing client database
  • With direction from us, build new databases of warm leads
  • Calling prospective clients
  • Discuss and promote our product
  • Coordinating hard copy mailing

The above points are the basis of the initial role but depending on progress and your skillset  there is potential  for the role to evolve into other areas such as general marketing , contract sign up and social media

Key attributes/skills
  • Previous experience and a track record in telesales
  • General computer and Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Ability to drive business growth
  • Understand how to effectively control and develop conversations
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Salary: We offer a competitive salary dependent upon experience with a bonus scheme dependent upon sales together with 25 days annual leave

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of service charge accounts which will involve reviewing income and expenditure, calculating prepayments and accruals, monitoring actual vs Budgeted spend and agreeing to the trial balance.
  • Regular Liaison with Property Managers will be required to agree and finalise service charge year end accounts.
  • Liaison with external accountants and reviewing draft service charge accounts before finalisation.
  • Recording and analysing project costs on a daily basis for a separate business.
  • Ensuring the integrity of accounting records and controls in line with prevailing legislation

  • Conducting market appraisals, growing and maintaining a portfolio of properties
  • Update and control an applicant list for your portfolio
