Having worked for Natwest Bank in commercial banking for 37 years, I know the importance of structure, organisation and good customer service. I am now enjoying my new role at FHP where I can put into place the skills learnt in the Banking world and apply them to professional services in relation to property services.

My job title is Client Liaison and Professional Support. I help keep our Compulsory Purchase clients up to date with the progress of their individual cases which is important because the Compulsory Purchase procedure is lengthy and also, for many, an unchartered path.
I am providing advice to our business rates clients in registering for the new Check, Challenge, Appeal (CCA) process via the Governments online portal. For many of our clients this portal is not only confusing but time consuming as well! My role is to try to take away this hassle for them so my colleagues can start saving them some money!
We are the Country’s leading supplier of Valuations for Schools converting to Academies and I am assisting the Academies Valuation team in identifying the new academies and making sure that they know who we are, where we are and what we can do.
I am a family person. I am close to my Sister and we can often be found in a pub sharing a laugh or two. I enjoy walking my niece’s dog and I am a keen gardener. I try to attend the gym at least three times a week but I do enjoy a curry so sometimes I have to give the gym a miss so I can pop to Hyson Green for a curry. I have two grown up sons, one is currently serving in The Royal Navy and one works at East Midlands airport.
