FHP SECURE HARRIMANS COURT LETTING LEAVING ONLY TWO UNITS AVAILABLE! –3-Feb-2010

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce that they have successfully secured the sixth tenant at Harrimans Court on Harrimans Lane in Nottingham.

European Metal Recycling Limited have taken a lease on a 4,359ft² industrial unit to help with their ever increasing recycling plant on the adjacent site at Harrimans Court.

James Hartley of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:

“This development has been hugely successful and we now only have two units available on the site.  Interest in this development has been high.  Lenton Lane is such a popular site for industrial users due to its proximity to the Ring Road and being only 2.5 miles from Nottingham City Centre.

EMR, the new tenant currently employ 2,300 people at 100 locations around the world with the core business of recycling metals mainly from construction projects and old cars.  The new unit will be used to store some of their products.”

Phil Murdoch, the landlord, commented:

“We are very pleased to have seen another happy tenant welcomed onto Harrimans Court.  When we built the units back in 2008 we were confident that they would prove popular and this appears to be the case.

With only one unit of 4,327ft² left I am delighted with how this scheme has been taken by the market.  I particularly think that its location and high quality of product has been very appealing to potential occupiers.”

James Hartley of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor further commented:

“Harrimans Court has kept us very busy since it was completed both from a marketing and a management point of view.  The interest has come from a combination of high quality design and product as well as its accessible location.  We have a good mix of tenants from trade counter users through to people like EMR and this has led to a good blend of occupiers on the park.”
