Acting on behalf of private clients, FHP have finalised the sale of Trenstside in Nottingham comprising a single let offices and workshops of the Environment Agency, a 3 storey building of over 35,000 sq ft fronting the River Trent in West Bridgford.
The property is let to the Environment Agency and has been acquired by a private investor in an off-market deal for £5m reflecting a net initial yield of 7.3%.
The vendors were represented by Mark Tomlinson Director at FHP and Mike Wells Associates.
