My experience with FHP for the valuation of ‘Land & Buildings’ on converting into an Academy was smooth right from approaching FHP to getting the valuation done. Adam Wilson of FHP talked me through the process and provided me with a clear understanding of what will be needed. FHP advised me about the types of valuation and their uses. We were also assured that the valuation would be as per the requirement of Accountants and Insurance. FHP also agreed to provide further help for any future clarification/service required with regards to valuation. The job was completed as scheduled and the report was very useful and complete. I will certainly recommend FHP.
