CEG has secured tenant, KPMG, for a further five years in a letting of 7,500 sq ft of East West in Nottingham. KMPG has relocated from two studios, almost doubling in size as it takes a new office on CEG’s Let Ready custom-build, full turnkey basis.

CEG delivered a full turnkey solution for KMPG as part of the professional services company’s expansion plans. A bespoke office design was created with the interior fit out delivered by The Ultimate Group.

CEG has delivered a £7 million refurbishment of East West on Maid Marian Way in Nottingham, securing a raft of deals.

CEG’s Let Ready provides fully-furnished flexible space, offering desks from 2 – 200 people on all-inclusive leases. The Let Ready Custom offers a more bespoke service, designing, specifying and sourcing a project managing unique office to meet tenant’s requirements. As well as managing the fit out, the cost is amortised within the lease, so the tenant has no risk and no upfront costs.
