Key responsibilities
  • Service Charge Reconciliations for Client property Accounts
  • Monitoring Actual vs Budget on Service charges
  • Assisting with Client Bank Reconciliations when required
  • Assisting external accountants with the preparation of service charge accounts/ providing financial information to the external accountants for inclusion in service charge accounts.
