The Residential Land Team at FHP is led by David Hargreaves who is a founding Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor. Supporting David on a full time basis is Phil Daniels who has wide experience across the residential, land, development and mixed use sectors, as well as Steve Parker who is based at FHP Living.
By working with our sister company, FHP Living, we understand market conditions from a sales point of view which ultimately flows through to land values and marketing strategies.
The FHP Land Team are often found meeting house builders for coffee, discussing their ongoing requirements and keeping up to date with market conditions and sales performances.
It is this knowledge of the end game that allows us to understand fully the land market.
We understand construction costs and issues from discussing regularly with contractors and house builders, whilst our involvement in negotiating Section 106 Agreements for clients gives us first-hand knowledge of likely abnormal costs which need to be taken into account when advising of the likely end price achievable on a land sale.
The FHP Residential Land Team are advising on the sale of sites from 4 houses up to strategic land with Planning Consent for some 1,800 houses.
