FHP Property Consultants acting on behalf of Cadman Capital Group have concluded the sale of a 2 acre development site on Bective Road, Northampton.

The purchasers, Jardine Homes Limited, intend to submit a new application for a luxury apartment scheme on the site.  The site previously had consent for 293 student bedrooms and prior to this a consent for 155 residential apartments.
