FHP HIT PARK COURT DOUBLE –17-Feb-2010
Two lettings have completed in one week at Park Court, Park Lane Business Park, Kirkby-in-Ashfield. The letting of Units 5 and 7 to Moto Direct and Ilkeston Ball Screw Services are for terms of 3 years and were negotiated on behalf of the landlord Claremont Properties by Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor and joint agents Nattrass Giles.
The units in total extend to 7,500ft² and were reoccupied within 2 weeks of the previous tenants, TTS Limited vacating.
Alastair Fearn at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:
“I believe that it is because of the strength of the location and increased activity in the market that we were able to re-let these premises so soon after they had been vacated. Through pro-active marketing and a flexible approach from the landlord we have been able to negate any empty Rates liabilities and also maintain the rent roll for the site.
Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been involved at Park Lane Business Park, the former Bentinck Colliery since its inception and it now provides nearly 200,000ft² of warehousing accommodation.”
We now have two buildings remaining to rent or buy on the site:
- ¨ 55,000ft² unit with 7.5 metre eaves and a secure yard
- ¨ 5,000ft² unit in Phase II
For information on the above transactions or the remaining space at Park Lane Business Park please contact Alastair Fearn on 0115 841 3913 or email alastair@fhp.co.uk.
