The sale of Unit 2a Isabella Court, Millennium Business Park has just completed to local Print and Packaging Specialist, 3 P Direct Limited. The sale which forms part of the Chek Whyte LPA Receivership Portfolio was agreed by Alastair Fearn of FHP on behalf of Begbies Traynor, the LPA Receivers.
The unit, originally constructed in 2008 extends to 4,290ft², and comprises an end terrace property forming part of Isabella Court. The property forms part of Millennium Business Park and lies approximately three miles to the north of Mansfield Town Centre just off the A614 Chesterfield Road connecting Mansfield to Junction 29 of the M1 motorway.
The purchase of the property provides local Print and Packaging Specialist 3 P Direct with additional premises, Richard Tyler of 3 P Direct Limited commented:
