Set in a superb location, forming part of Glaisdale Park Industrial Estate and therefore within quick access of both the centre of Nottingham and the A610 leading to Junction 26 of the Motorway, the deal agreed sees an existing tenant Art Systems expand and take additional space on the scheme with a further unit of 15,000ft² now let to them.  

This deal is particularly pleasing given that this is the last available unit on the estate and somehow neatly sums up the industrial/warehouse market in the region at present in that demand is improving and stock continues to be in short supply.
